We physical store is open Monday Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday 9am - 5:00pm Our online store is open 24/7!
Can I exchange and item?
Yes you can, providing the item is in the original package and not opened
I saw a product I want in-store but it's not online?
We do not have our entire store online. If you would like something that is not shown online, please WhatsApp your request to us at (242) 424-5022 or (242) 437-4974
What happens if the product I want is "out of stock" but I have already paid for it?
We will find an items that is similar for you to consider or we will refund your transaction.

I live on a Family Island, can I buy online?
Yes. We welcome customers from The Family Islands and will be happy to deliver you items to the mail boat for FREE
Do you do lay-a-ways?
Yes we do, we have a layaway policy of 90 days. Our policy is 1/3 down on a $500.00 minimum purchase
Is there a fee to have a wedding or shower registry?
No, it is a complimentary service
Is there a charge for wrapping gifts?
No, we would love to wrap up your gifts!
How can my friends and family buy online for my registry?
Go to the registry page, search for your registry and pay for an item or purchase a gift card.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and debit cards.
How do I pay online?
Look around our online store, select a product and put it in your shopping cart. Proceed to the check out page. Complete the payment details and select you preferred method of collection; In-store or FREE shipping.
I don’t have a credit card, how can I pay online?
We accept debit cards. Many local banks offer the convenience of pre-loaded debit cards. Check with your bank for details.
How do I know if my payment was processed successfully?
You will receive a payment confirmation via email immediately after you transaction is completed.
I can’t find an email confirmation in my inbox?
Please check your “junk” or “spam” folders. Alternatively, if your email address was entered incorrectly you will not have a confirmation
Do you offer cash refunds?
No we don’t, however, we are happy to offer a store credit if the product is int he original package, unopened.

When can I pick up my purchase if I paid online?
Allow us 4 hours to pull your product and have it ready for collection. Please indicate when you make you payment, the day and time you would like to pick up.
Can I pay for delivery if my order is under $250?
The delivery fee is $25 for orders under $250 (multi team to confirm)
How quickly do you deliver?
At normal times of the year we deliver in two days but at busy times like Christmas for example it can be up to five days.
Can I request a delivery date?
Yes, please indicate your delivery date at time of ordering online.
Does someone have to be home to accept my delivery?
Yes, we need someone at your home to sign the acceptance of delivery documentation.
